The ‘Send E-mail failure’ error can be
cause by:
1. The Firewall issue.
Try shutting down the
Firewall and repeat the E-mail procedure.
2. The SMTP server issue.
Do a test using our test SMTP
server and your SMTP server, if using our SMTP works, check your
SMTP’s parameters, such as SMTP port (default is 25), username
and password. It tends to be better to test the SMTP at MS
Outlook-Express.
3. To find the reasons which cause this
issue, we suggest you try a test using our SMTP server, below is
our SMTP server's address and login information:
SMTP server: mail.mrp5.com
E-mail Form: test@mrp5.com
User Name: test@mrp5.com
Password: *****
E-mail to address: Your email address.
